Weddings with DJ Carve are personalized, energetic, and above all else, fun. I work weddings with couples who want to have a dance party with a modern feel, yet incorporate the classics and their lifetime favorites. 

Performing at weddings is an honor, and as your DJ, I keep top of mind how important the day is. When I got married, my wife and I chose our vendors very carefully because we wanted our guests to feel excitement and energy from absolutely everyone - from the DJ to the caterers. So I make sure this is what couples get from me when I am hired for weddings. A pet peeve of mine is vendors who complain about working!

By having at least one in-person meeting with the bride and groom* before the big day, I have the opportunity to understand the couple and ask questions to figure out their musical taste. My tempo is upbeat, but I incorporate all types of music throughout the night by combining traditional wedding songs with modern music and dancing is what will make your wedding unique.

*I should also note that I love working same-sex weddings, so if you are a bride/bride or a groom/groom couple, know that I support and have gay wedding experience.

Because I use the best DJ equipment available, including a laptop and digital turntables, I am able to mix beats and change out songs often to keep the party fresh. This ensures a dynamic night that keeps the energy moving without spending too much time on any of the special events you have planned like bouquet toss or generations dance.
